Fresh sea food mixture from the fresh marker. Chopped up and placed in 1oz containers(dollar store) and frozen. I do this witj nori aswell. Once frozen i chop up those cubes and place in a ziplock bag. Once feeding time comes i defrost a small amount in tank water and feed. (I got the majestic angel eating fresh, pelets, flake in 3 weeks)

also use flake and pelets in an auto feeder.

Corals eat what ever fish poop from the fresh mix and reef frenzy.

Sometimes ill throw frozen brine and rods krill
