I thought....Wow... I wonder what kind of reef tank could be in this 12,000 sqft home on the shore of Lake Michigan in the ritzy northshore community of Lake Forest. I looked at the listing... no mention of a 1,500 reef tank.... not even a gold fish bowl. Though to be somewhat reasonable...the house is on Lake Michigan!

I did like the one comment from a nearby realtor... It is livable. Some minor fixes here and there. I don't know about you.... If I am going to pay between $10-12MM for a home... the thing should be pristine and more than livable.... It also should have a swimming pool size reef tank.... Right?
 
Very nice home, and I agree that it should be in pristine condition. Can you imagine the taxes on that place.
 
Very nice, but would also have to agree if I was going to be buying a house for 12 mil this isnt the house for me.
 
Lake Forest is pretty nice. I agree... If I had that kind of money... I think I would be living on some island somewhere....enjoying warm weather and bikinis.... just dont tell my wife...:smile (2):
