After a nice hiatus, I decided to get back into the hobby. So my plan was a nice small office tank. So here is what I got.

5g Eco Pico, not using the lights, they are still factory wrapped.
AI Nano, need to find a better way to mount this. I'm pretty anal out it being centered.
Hydor Koralia, will get a mp10w es for it next.
Apex Jr.
Hydor 50 watt heater, controlled by Apex Jr.
CaribSea Arag-Alive Sand. (Got a 20lb bag)
Tunze Nano Osmolator Nano

Here's the starting pics.

I leave town in 20 minutes for Vegas but will update when I get back. Hopefully getting some LiveRock from another members tank on Saturday. :)

Here's a pick of my old 150 before I moved to Chicago.

I built my own stand and sump back then, it was great having a garage.

daym that 11g is sexy as hell.. where did u get that tank.. and awesome pics by the way..

Thanks. The 11g was a glass ages tank that I drilled and made my own overflow with a heat gun and saw.

The 150 was my baby, that's early pics too it was way nicer a year later.

If the stupid thing had some decent instructions. I was driving myself nuts trying to figure out then I just googled it. :) lookin toward to the build.

We have different tanks I don't have the a back fuge area to take up room.

Oh you mean centered front to back. The black fixture does allow a little. But not much. Well finding a DIY method is have the fun. Enjoy your trip, tagging along for the build and pic

Yep :) for some reason it drives me nuts lol. Small stuff but its always the small stuff that matters. Maybe ill find an Elos mini here for my apartment. :)

:) Now I just need some more corals.

Text away man. I am better at texts this this sometimes.

I also don't want to get arrested for stalking. :) jk bro. No rush man, I can wait and work around your schedule. I've wired everything and finished it all today, all I got left is that mp10 and I'm golden. Minus the pretty jewels that go inside!

Now I just need a nice new display tank for my house. Time to start saving!

So a general question. I don't want to keep frozen food around, but want to be able to feed my corals, I assume Reef Chili would suffice? My tank for be a mixed reef mainly. No fish, will get some Sexy Shrimp in a month or so.

Great looking tank/setup. I want a simple 5g-10g for my office.... nothing that extreme though.

Reef chili will work best without using frozen
