Good growth rate?

I got this about two months ago. It is growing but I was wondering if it should be faster?

I wouldn't be complaining about that much growth. It's pretty good for two months. Especially when you consider that it probably took a couple of weeks for it to get adjusted. The growth will be even faster during the next two months.

OK I know they grow slow but... haha. Yeah it definitely colored up some. Does anyone know the scientific name or is it to small?

they actually grow like weeds once settled in your tank soon u be saying how do I stop this thing . its a red monti cap

Yep, Montipora Capricornis, and they actually grow pretty quickly.

Wasn't sure if it was m.capricornis or m.foliosa. The one with deeper ridges is foliosa right? That's what I'm hoping I have.

Looks like Orange Cap, and coloring up nicely.

Looks good on rate to me. I have a green one w/ purple edge that grows about the same.
