good or bad return pump

I have the DT 6000 currently setup on my system. It's a 25 gallon display and 12 gallon display frag tank with a 20 gallon sump. I've only got about 3' of head and I only run it half power. I really like the feed mode option.

I can't speak to the longevity of this pump though. I had a Speedwave DC 6000 that capped out this summer after 2 years. This replaced that pump so only about 6 months of run time on it.

What is the warranty on the Speedwave DC 6000? I have one and it seems like a great little pump.

I bought a Jebao 6000 dc and it is a great pump but it was too powerful for my project so I went to aquapros and bought a Jebao 3000 and it's been working great.

It's a 105 with a 40 breeder sump idk what it will be once I get live rock and levels done in the sump

I have a 93 with 40 sump and a Speedwave DC 6000 which is running at less than 50%. I would go with the DCT 6000, or something similar. If you go to large it is hard to control the flow the incremental stops for your GPH is higher the larger the pump you have. The smaller the pump the more control you have over managing your GPH.
