What is the groups opinion on one vs the other of these? BRS has a video claiming the phosphorus checker is better, but needs a conversion factor to phosphate. Neptune apex does the conversion automatically, so that's negligible.
My phosphate checker broke (fell and cracked) and I have excess lr phosphate reagent left. The MSDS for the two reagents show they are the same chemical, but don't know if the amount is the same, any experience with using the lr phosphate reagents on the ulr phosphorus checker? Are they interchangeable? Hanna inst wont answer this question.
I have no issue buying new reagent, just don't want to waste what I have on hand.
Thanks for the input.
