Harlequin Shrimp and Serpent Star

I have seen a lot of mixed opinions and experience online about these. Will Harlequins eat a banded serpent star? I picked one up at the swap because of the price, I was hoping I got some cheap food for my Harlequin shrimp. Unfortunately the shrimp hasn't even looked at the serpent..

When I had my harlequin, he ate everything. He was munching on a serpent that that I didn't know was in the tank. I kept 4 chocolate chips in the sump that I would rotate through to give them time to regenerate. A frozen arm cut into bits worked really well.
