I seeded my 180 with about 40-50 lbs of matured coralline covered rock, to about 100+ lbs of fresh liverock with none, and took like 2 months for all the bare rock to now be completely covered with color. If you have coralline rocks in your tank, should take no time at all.

I have approx 100lbs total in my 75. Of that maybe 10-15lbs is matured live rock.

Scrape coralline from mature rock. That makes it spread faster

Also scrape coraline off your glass if you have any.

Brush the coraline with a toothbrush, its supposed to release the spores.
