How much flow for a 29g softie tank?

Going to have mostly softies in here with a few LPS. I need it low flow enough so that xenia will pulse... plan to keep zoas and rics and maybe a plate coral or some frogspawn. What do you think I should aim for in terms of turnover or GPH?

im hating the flow in my tank cause of my plate coral .. plate corals like too little flow. but well mine is a biocube soo ...

you can put two koralia 420's one both ends on your tank and it should be enought or 1 tunze turbelle nano 6015 and a koralia 240 and it should be enough flow

I was thinking something like that, crossing the 420s... I fear too much flow is all. I don't want to drop the cash on non-adjustable pumps then realize I've got too much flow and I've wasted money.

you also just get an mp10 if u want a controllable pump.. it'll be perfect ..
