Hacksaw is what I've seen most people use.
Put a diamond blade on a angle grinder. Cheap angle grinders are $22 at harbor freight and the blade is $15. No need to use water to cool on small cuts. It is quite acurate and you can cut or flatten how you like with ease.

Oh i agree but in reality most tools how often do we really use. So its like well i can get a good one for 100$ that will last forever on a shelf in a garage or a 10$ one that will work this time and maybe the next time if there even is a next time. I wont buy certain tools from there but still cool toy store for meI agree to some extent. I've had some of their tools for over a decade, others last 1 or 2 uses. If the tools requires high tolerance to last or operate, go somewhere else. If it can operate with slop and cheap labor assembly, but it at horror freight!
