how to remove scratches on glass?

Is there a safe way of removing scratches on the inside of the tank while its filled with water? I have a few scratches on the inside of my reef and fowlr tank and I would like to remove if it can be safely done with removing the fish or water. Any ideas?

Cerium oxide bro...start googling it. I was able to find it at a diamond company in the UK.
