Me: Good morning, A few years ago when I was in the hobby, you provided me with amazing customer service. I had issues with my Koralia impeller magnets warping and my covers cracking and you replaced them. Well, I couldn't stay away and am starting a small Biocube. I am all ready to get going, but I can't find the magnet for my Koralia Nano 425. I ordered another 425 from saltwateraquarium.com to make sure I have excellent flow, but really want to run them both. Therefore, would you please send me a replacement magnet for my old 425? I would gladly pay for it. Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

Usually the magnets would have to be purchased from an online retail store. However, we do value our customers and especially the ones that stick with us for years.
