I feared Zombies before it was cool!

That's tight. There is a production company putting on a walking dead experience down in San Diego that I might go check out. You buy a ticket as either a survivor or a walker. Walkers get makeup done so they look like a walker. Survivors have to make it through a course riddled with walkers.

Dre... I am wih you. I would be up high....foursided 1500 yard sight lines... 50 cal and 480 sniper rifles so I can pick them off as they stagger into view... I guess a water cooled mini gun or even a photon laser would be nice to fry the bastards.... :laser:
 
i guess a good question would be what kind of zombies do you expect. 28 days later, resident evil, or walking dead type? Slow or fast? Will they be able to problem solve or just walk aimlessly scouring for human flesh?
 
Figuring i was going to die i would hide in those metal half sphere things at a park and connect some jumper cables havnt thought how or whats gonna give it juice but would be sweet to have them zapped it would be my zombie bug zapper then im headed high with the rest of snipers

the "zombies" are the the ignorant masses acting with mob mentality to take whatever they want from anyone who has it. They will be a mixture of all that you have described. Just ask a rich Frenchmen from about 1790 what "zombies" are. He'll tell you. I am ready.

Yup, to rich frenchy, the people dragging him (and his whole family) into the street and the guillotine him must have been rather zombiesque.

I personally don't think "Zombies" need to be anything other than mobbing humans. I don't like humans in large groups when they're happy. Angry mobs are my phobia. Ther is a youtube running around with people hurting each other over cap n gowns at a kindegarten graduation today, imagine if it were a lack of power or water or disease or collapse of credit or stores with no food or no reality tv or no sports or no whatever causing it instead of just some little costumes. I love all people individually, but I hate them as a group.

This is a very important subject for me mainly because I have been indoctorinated since a young age to be completely self sufficient as much as is possible in the private sector, but I promise I'm not a whacko. I'm just a planner and I was a fan of survival before "Survivor" was on TV. If the stuff does hit the fan, my house will be a good place to be (for a while anyway)
 
I think the CR Team should converge on the Shedd as our rally point... Set up firing lines in all directions.... Of course... I guess I have never seen a Zombie swim.... so the land side can be covered easily with sniper rifles and claymores.... Yup we need trip wires and high explosives... Oh yeah.... Someone needs to bring the booze. Then all we have to do is sit back and light em up!!!!!
 
i'll take my none gun weapon of choice.. which is a bow and arrow.. when ammo becomes an issue i'd go medieval style... all those deer huntings with the uncles finally will payoff when theres a zombies
