A few years ago I had a Fluval Edge fish tank and I also had some spare parts, i.e. filters and bulbs for it that I purchase at my LFS (for the over priced retail). Last spring I sold the tank and recently ran across my box of extras. So I sold them on FeeBay for a fraction of what I paid. Toady via email I rec'd a Nasty Gram from Rolf C. Hagen Trademark Brands include, but are not limited to: Fluval, Marina, Exo Terra, Dogit, Catit, Nutrience, Living World, Laguna, Vivexotic, Habitrail, Le Salon, Glo, Nutrafin, Elite, Aquaclear, Zoe, Vision, Tropican, Tropimix and Prime.

The NASTY GRAM said "If you are not currently authorized, while we appreciate your patronage, only authorized Hagen dealers have the right to use Hagen intellectual property, therefore we ask that you cease and desist all online transactional activity related to our company."

I would recommend you AVOID all of their products. With regards to their cease and desist direction, I can assure you this will not happen again. As a matter of fact, I can assure you I will never purchase a product from Rolf C. Hagen Trademark Brands include, but are not limited to: Fluval, Marina, Exo Terra, Dogit, Catit, Nutrience, Living World, Laguna, Vivexotic, Habitrail, Le Salon, Glo, Nutrafin, Elite, Aquaclear, Zoe, Vision, Tropican, Tropimix and Prime.
Sincerely,
Reeferman

They can't do that unless you use their logo or text for their website without properly citing. It's your property you can do as you like with it.

unless ur are selling something that itsn't the brand that ur actually advertising. Like selling a Fake Coach purse and saying that it's real.

The fact is here in the USA under USA Trademark Law its perfectly legal to resell items that where purchased through legitimate avenue/authorized dealers. AVOID HAGEN
