Time for a new thread...
I am in negotiations with chicagophil on a very tall, skinny tank he has for sale on the forum. One of the suggestions he has is to split it in half and make a lagoon tank.
Never heard of it so I googled it to find out what a lagoon tank is. Okay, sounds different and different is what I like.
However, that's the part of the lake/ocean that stinks the most and it sounds like it's just a puddle of water that will give bugs a place to have monthly membership meetings.
Can you guys give your thoughts on this? Other than low maintenance, why have a lagoon tank?
