Thanks! The first 5 were with a cheapy canon 50mm f/1.8. The 6,7,8 were with an ef-s 55-250mm. The rest were with a canon sx30 is point and shoot camera.

Nice. I have always like Passiflora aka land zoas. Is the frozen waterfall Starved Rock? It looks like St. Louis canyon. Starved Rock is one of those places that is so cool and so close to Chicago. You'ld think you were in another part of the country. Not to mention the Bald Eagles should be in right now.

Yep, St. Louis Canyon. I prefer the water to be flowing, but the icefall is definitely a sight to be seen! Inside St. Louis Canyon at the end of May is like being in another country! The waterfall flows strong, the light coming in and being surrounded by stone walls. My favorite 200sq yard space in Illinois.
