VERY similar designs so I think Coralife probably has them made by the same company. The Coralife is Prime eligible on Amazon ($8.13) but the HDE is not (5.49). The delivery on the HDE is only a few days more. The Coralife reads about +4F of the actual temp and the HDE is about +1F. (Both measured against a calibrated thermometer.)
