LED drivers in Canopy

I have a 10 gallon nano that I want to build a canopy for. Because of where this sits, there is not a lot of room for extra equipment. Am I crazy to be contemplating putting the LED drivers in the canopy. My thought is to section off a spot in a back corner, and maybe even put them in a larger metal or plastic project box. Also considered mounting them to the outside of the canopy on the back, but this is still close to the water. They will be plugged into a GFI.

I would do outside to keep heat out of canopy. Not that they get super hot but every little bit helps

they do have waterproof drivers, but i would not trust them over water, better be safe in the long run and just make a driver box under the tank. which setup are you going with? There are a ton of options out there for around $20
