lens case for underwater pictures

but before I jump on it, I wanted to know your experience with it. Are they good? Its going to be 54$ with shipping to get this so if anyone is using something different to take underwater pictures with your slr cameras, let me know on the the kind and results.

I use this. http://www.melevsreef.com/topdown.html. very easy and I love the fact I can screw my camera to it via screw that its provided.

That doesn't look mobile to me. Seems that you need to have it hung over the edge of the tank to take pictures? How is it and how much was it?

What do you mean not mobile? You can move it anywhere in tank you want, but also you can hang it if you want to make sure your camera is more stable and not moving than doing it free hand. It was $50 when I ordered couple years ago.

oh okay. I just thought that it was a box to take pictures by hanging it off the edge of the tank, didn't know you can move it around anywhere in the tank. That's great though. Do you know the site where you got it from?

i just use my underwater housing to take pictures, but i like the melevs reef box better if i had to buy one.

The one by avast is just a tube with 3 nylon screws that allow u to adjust it to size of lens thickness
