The calm before the storm. The kids are already gathering. We open our tree presents on Christmas Eve after dinner. My youngest already wants to know what is for dinner and asked if we can eat soon......

My kids literally got more toys from my in laws tonight than I had in my entire life (prior to the last 5 years anyway).
Anyone have any suggestions on how to say "if you don't stop with the vicarious hedonistic consumerism you'll never see your grandchildren again and you'll be living in an OASDI shelter" nicely?
