Lettuce nudibranch question

So I have 3 lettuce nudibranchs in my tank and on the back glass there seems to be a spiral of what looks to be little white spots. Is this possibly eggs from the lettuce nudibranchs?

They look like snail eggs...but it's totally possible it could be nudibranch eggs. Check Google for some images.
