LF: Roommate in House

I purchased a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, full basement house last year located in Franklin Park, IL (10mins from Ohare, 25min from downtown, still close to the burbs) and have had 2 of my high school buddies living/renting out the two extra rooms. Unfortunately, one of them has to move out to help with Family Health at home, so I have a room opening up, technically as early as May 1st, 2013.

Figured Id throw it out there on here as we are actively searching for another roommate - I rather not have someone completely random (roommates.com) due to the sensitivity of my job, the fact that is my house (not rented), and due to the saltwater tanks.

Myself and my buddy (Pat) are really easy going - Pat is in two bands (A Photo Finish, and a 90s cover-band "According to Sarah - playing like 5-8 gigs a month). Of course we got tons of video games, love to grill out, I got my SW/FW tanks, my German Shepherd K9 and personal dog/Boxer, also a fully stocked bar in the basement w/ pool table, etc.

You're killing me! Hang those pool sticks on the wall vertically, or else they'll get warped!

My sister has been renting a room in her home out to students for $1000/month. IDK why anyone would pay that much for 1 room but she just said good-by to a Chinese couple who stayed for 3 months & moved in a young Dr, who's staying for the next year.
