Hey everyone! Its been a while since ive been on ANY forums and noticed the migration from RC to here. Well here i am, i finally am slowing down at work and wanted to post a few cell phone pics of the tank / corals. Its finally getting about that time where i can "coast" ... haaa

Hey, thanks! It looks much better in person or if i pulled out the good camera... lol!! Cell phone pics always suck!

Equip--

4- MP40s
1- Koralia(on a timer so turns on when MHs come on)
Water blaster return pump
SRO5000int skimmer
Running carbon in a bag and GFO
3- 250w MH Radiums on Blue wave ballasts
2- 6ft super actinic VHO
Apex controller
65g ATO container with kalk
7stage RO/di system
3- 250w jager heaters

Think i covered it all :)
 
Since i came across this, i have to put it up. This is right before i went out of town and the 40g has 10g of kalk dump into it...

We can always use more frags! Haha! I just mounted about 35 high end sps in the tank! WOOT!

Sadly those chalices arent doing so hot, i got a chalice from a guy and it had some sort of bacteria which was eating them. Sad to say ive lost my TCK inferno, half of my WWC masterpiece, only 1 eye left on my BPC flamethrower, kiens bomb pop chalice is gone along with my miami, crazy fox, pink boobies, and some others. Im staying away from chalices for a year or so and going to bring back my SPS collection in full force. So hopefully ill have some nice pieces to share with the Chi town boys and girls soon!

Thanks bud! Im not happy with the quality, but i had to do some posting because someone was bugging me ;) so i figured what the hell! Uploaded what i had on my phone.

why not move those chalices to a different tank ?? i like a frag tank with very low flow and light and lots of feeding.

obviously im a noob compared to you guys but thought id say it.

I did move them to another tank, but since they were only 3-5 eye small dime sized pieces most of the dmg was done. A few have recovered, but it was a mixture of the 40g crashing and the shock of moving them into a virgin tank and the bacteria i got. Whats done is done, ive moved on and figured i would stick with my sps addiction for the time being. haha!
