Looking to Borrow Glass Cutting Bits

As some of you know I'm in the process of upgrading to a 75gal tank. I have all the equipment ready, as well as additional LR, however I still need to DRILL the 75gal. I'm planning on using 1.5'' overflow and a 1" return. I also need to make one more hole in my sump/fuge for an external skimmer (need to check the size of hole needed).

I can go with different size bulkheads if someone has the bits available, just going off of the plans of a fellow reefer...

If you have a drilling kit (or know someone that does), please let me know. I am located in Franklin Park, but willing to swing out anywhere reasonable for pick up - or you if you'd like you can swing by my place and give me a quick hand drilling them.

Thx!
Dan

I think I may be a little far away too...have a couple if you feel like getting out of the city...bring the tank and if help ya drill the holes too.

Yeah Dave, Morris might be a bit of a drive, 70mins.

Thinking about also doing 1" drain and 2 .75" returns on either side. All I would need to do is a "T" split off my pump and I'd have returns at both ends.

Yup!! 2 returns at 3/4 and a Q3000 pump or less, hooked up with a hose vs pipe should be good IMO.. No major head loss!!

You and Joe are more that welcome to come and see my new redo.. 1" return with 2 1" drains using an overflow box.

Yeah Joe, i got the 2 3/4" idea from you - like the uniform look of it and also gives additional flow on both ends. Dre, I'll check when i get home to see what return pumps i got - IF they're too strong, maybe toss a valve in there to reduce it a bit.

For the drains, how far from the top did you guys put them? I know obviously you want to make sure you don't flood the sump/fuge in power-outtage, so waaaay at the top?
