LTB 55gal food grade barrel

Anyone have a suggestion on where to buy one or two of these? I'd like to convert these into a fresh water barrel and perhaps a secondary mixing barrel. I found two on CL but I'm currently trying to figure out their prior usage before I buy.

I found a stock tank from a Tractor Farm Supply place but did not like their water option due to it being more of a horizontal tank. I did like the fact that it was clear though. Looking more for the blue 55gal food grade barrel I think.

Farm and fleet has 65 gallon vertical water storage tanks. They are very durable and have a bulkhead on the bottom already. Could be a good option if you cannot find a barrel. I am guessing they are very similar in dimensions

Farm and fleet has 65 gallon vertical water storage tanks. They are very durable and have a bulkhead on the bottom already. Could be a good option if you cannot find a barrel. I am guessing they are very similar in dimensions

That is the perfect stock tank unless I can DiY a food grade barrel. I was out at a farm and fleet today but didn't venture too far in the back due to the snow build up. $114 may be a bit steep for now, but it's certainly a great option. Thanks for the suggestion.

Well you pinpointed me in the exact direction. I was hoping that it wouldn't be that much. I had a buddy pick up a couple for free before (lucky find). I'm still going to work that option if available. If all else fails I stick with my current 29gal acrylic water storage tank or I venture over to farm and fleet and pay the little extra money. Thanks for the find though.

Not a problem, was doing a quick search for myself on some storage containers. I found the exact ones I need for half the price and shipping I was paying from another vendor.
