Male black and white breathing heavy

So I have a pair of black and whites I got from another reefer , have had now for about 3 weeks , they have been doing great ! Eating , colors Etc..... The last 2 days I noticed he's been breathing very heavy ?? Other fish seem ok ? Female , sunburst anthias , green chromis , fox face ?

How do I know if I'm depleting oxygen in tank ?

When you dose a carbon source, it only drops O2 for a very short time. Is he doing it all the time? See any spots on him?
