Mantis shrimp HELP

I bought three small chromis and they disappeared one per night. No carcass , checked the overflow. Then a firefish GONE without a trace. Two people suggested I may have a mantis.......WHAT SHOULD I DO?????

Take a tall glass and tilt it up against a rock at about a 45 degree angle. Drop some meat in the glass. I know it works for crabs since they can't climb up the slippery glass. Not so sure if it would work on a mantis. Might be worth a try.

mantis can swim, but def worth a shot

i had mantis in my rock for my first tank. Lost a couple shrimp before i realized it was mantis. I did the bottle trap and got them out the next morning.
