Moving corals with algae on them.

Ok so in the near future once my new tank has cycled I will need to move my livestock over. My main concern is that some corals and inverts have either some hair algae or bryopsis or some red cabbagey algae on them. This was probably due to fighting my water chemistry and losing most of the time. Hopefully this time will be better. But my question is I don't want to introduce any of these algae into my new tank, what can I do to safely transfer over inverts and corals to my new display? Manual removal? Is there a dip or something I can use? Thank you all in advance.

Manual removal is the best way if transferring right away.. You might have to repeat the process a few times IMO.. GL!!

Peroxide dip will kill every kind of algae including coralline. You might want to read up on it.

I have a bryopsis thread on here. There was a lot of info there.
