My bleny died

My blenny died

Last night my blenny was still active. this morning I took a quick look of my tank before I leave the house, man my blenny layed up side down on the sand next to the cleaner shrimp shell(molted last night) I don't know why? feel kinda sad..checked around the tank, other fish and shrimps are doing fine..I don't know if the cleaner shrimp killed him before he molted.
kinda sad friday..will test the water today again...

Sorry to hear, sometimes nothing more than nature taking it's course. If everything else is fine it was probably just it's time and meant to be.

How long have you had him?

Many blennies and gobies only have an approximate 5 year life span.

Agreed on the short lifespan,my yashia just passed a few days ago in the nano,had it for 2.5years.

I saw him last night - he looked like a piece of rockwork. Sad to see a solid fish me his maker.

I had him for a month. but I don't know how old he was before I brought him home.

yeah Phil, he was ok last night. now he is gone..life is short huh..
