Vacation too long and the sitter feed the fish when the light still off, so the phosphate and Nitrate shoot up to the sky ---> crash.

that sucks, my tank crashed very similar to that, bro fed every day but heres the catch, he left the **** lights on all day and night b/c he was a lazy bum and didnt turn them off ever, for 2 weeks!!
