Nano Reef Powerheads: Nero 5, Gyre XF230, Octo Pulse 2

Hey Everyone,

I have a 20 Gallon IM Nuvo Peninsula. Currently, I have a Gyre xf230 on the tank. I have to keep it pretty turned down which limits the functionality of the pump greatly.

I'm looking for a replacement! (And maybe selling my Gyre).

I am interested in the Nero 5 and the Octo Pulse 2. In the end, I want random flow in my tank. I can't use an MP10 because I have the powerhead on the divider between the display and the refugium, so no dry side.

Thoughts? Questions? Advice?
 
just a quick suggestion .. if you meant you have the power head on the fake wall .. which would mean the holding magnet in the water .. its a big no for me as those magnets are supposed to stay dry IMO

Hey so I have a maxspext gyre 1k I got for my tank and only used it for a month to try it out and then I put it away for my 120g tank I was upgrading to and I leak tested my tank this passed weekend and tried the 1k on this 120g tank and it's not enough power you want to trade yours for mine
