need IP help with MLB.com

So I bought premium so I can watch the games. But MLB knows I an the viewing area for Chicago and blacks out the games. Well now I dropped Comcast TV and really want this to work

So I am told I can change my IP to trick MLB into thinking I am in another city. But I am old and slow and cannot figure it out. Can one of you wizards help me? Windows 8 and Chrome

How do you like it? I was thinking on buying it too. Can you transfer the games to your tv from hdmi?

just click on proxy dragon (or any of them that aren't in chicago in the second from the left column) then type in your internet address you are trying to access. It's then routing you away from here and you should be able to see different games.
