2x4 would of been plenty strong i dont have a center brace in the center i have two offset to the sides with a space big enough to fit my sump through.

The center brace doesn't need to be there. Not with the 4x4s. The end 4x4s will hold until the horizontal 4x4 no problem. I built my 180 stand out of 2x6 and it was strong enough without a center brace. Most people use 2x4s without any problems

Well is this stand worth saving or have any chance of working based on my design? i removed the cebter brace on the front and plan to add 2x4 supports on the outside? The orange in the pictures is the 2x4s i plan to add?

Im a little concerned with these areas? I used 2xs to join the 2x6s thats one concern. My other concern is that bottom are I have the outside supporting 2x4s. I have the resting 2x4 on top of the 48" 2x4 and not on top of the joint where the 18" and 48" 2x4 meet? is this an issue I see all the other builds opposite? for example this pic

New stand looks fine my old 150 was on a stand just like it no issues . Go look at a petco stand and see how there built and hold tanks with no issue . After u see those u will feel great about your stand .

I agree but to some point they know what they are doing to engineer a stand. Me I am just a newbie to caroentry so who knows what can go wrong lol. I am a little worried about the front not have a support in the front middle. Although if I were to put one I would not get the sump in

Don't worry, most stands we see built could hold the tank plus an SUV fully loaded with fat kids on the way to fat camp.
You aren't being unreasonable to worrying, and you are 'better safe than sorry', but the stand you are building looks very strong.
Consider a single 6' 2x4 on edge, supported on both ends, can support 375#, when evenly distributed.
