Long tentacle plate coral, they have poor record of survival in aquarium, usually look good for about 6 months and then go downhill from there. I had this coral before, and despite good care and feeding it lasted only few months. Btw they can sting and eat small, weak fish. Take it of your rock and put it on sand, if it gets small cut or abrasion it will most likely not recover
 
Thanks fir the response im going to move to the sand i did some research on it. Just hope it lasts. The wife likes it.
