Hey guys, just thought I'd make a quick intro. My name is John and I reside in Winnetka. My friend Brad (rattyE36) convinced me to get a tank and then I subsequently picked up a JBJ 12 that I'm doing a "budget" build on since it came without lights and such. I've already noticed you guys are super helpful and it seems that it's a pretty similar style to a car forum that I'm on and I'm sure I'll ask a few dumb questions along the way!

I'm sure I will! I've been part of a few good conversations with some guys at Old Orchard Aquarium and MCF. MCF is pretty much the best place and from what I hear I should be lucky that I live close to it!
