ok I have a standard 75 gall rr with left corner over flow. my return is a spray bar going across whole tank . ( had to face it straight down now cause the waves was making bubbles the bar would come out the water lol. I put the wp40 in right back corner pointing at left front . I hope that's good cause this thing is huge and its not as noticeable in that corner lol as much as a 6 inch power head can be not noticable
 
I think you're good there typically you want to go opposite of your overflow to push water towards the overflow.

Really? My overflow is in the back center and I have my Mp10s on the right side and left side of the tank facing each other. Should I have them on the back glass blowing foreword instead?

I need to get little plastic flags to put on LR to gauge water flow haha

No you have it perfect if your overflow is back center then powerheads on opposite ends both pushing water towards the middle is exactly what you want.
