Now what is this ??

Could be a scrape, could be an attack from the new 6 line, could be a brush with a bristleworm. If it puffs up or spreads the fish will need to be removed and treated, if it doesn't, I would just feed heavy, keep up water quality, and let the fish heal.

the one at new fish is Twice the size of sixline .. and sixline is eating the worms.

The one at new fish is right around 2" and size isn't everything, demeanor is just as important (and the yellow would have eaten the worms). Hopefully it isn't the issue though, and it could be initial aggression and nothing more, or it could have nothing to do with the wrasse at all.
