Ahh ok. I would have a stroke if my espresso machine went down. Especially now with winter coming.

Great now I don't have to buy one for my wife , she's been bugging me for one. I'll just let her know that they come out defective and they have horrible reviews lol

Call the company on it.

We have had 5 or so machines in my family break.

They either replace the whole machine or tell you how to fix it.

They are actually really good with cust service.

My wife is crazy for coffee so she has dealt with it all and these machines.

It is usually one piece that breaks and they usually just replace the whole machine for you than i go back and fix the old one and have a back up

Lol I got one for xmas and my gf was excited. She uses it more then me. How long have u had it? Good to know they have good cust service

If you bought it at Kohls... I returned ours a year after I bought it cause it wouldn't turn on. They swapped it out and even let me upgrade to the next model for 20.00..
