Hey there,
Just wanted to share my experience with OTA. I went there hoping to get the last fish for my tank. I wanted to find a dwarf angel of some sort. They had a beauty marked down from 80 to 30. I asked the guy there about it and he openly told me it came from a local hobbyist and was seen nipping at LPS. We all know dwarf angels can be a gamble. Some are well behaved and others can eat your livestock. (BTW, anyone out there with a FOWLR tank can get a great deal right now if it's still there). I was amazed how honest and open the rep was about this fish. I'm sure other stores would have just sold it to me. I ended up taking home a captive bred Orchid Dottyback instead. The rep even fed it for me to show me it was eating. After a few days in my reef, it has settled in and seems very healthy and happy.
All the rest of their fish seemed very healthy and well cared for. I'll definitely be returning to OTA for fish in the future.
Thanks for the great service Old Town!
