par

cannot answer that question, first off which cree led? xp-g? xp-e's? second what kind of drive current, distance in freespace? distance under water? combination of both? direct center? off center? optics? there are too many variables your question is unanswerable.

if you want details on a particular led just mail rapidled guys they might help ..

i dont think anyone here has measured par of a single led and also it depends on all the factors mentioned above and the drive current.

Not to mention the wavelength of that particular led. Besides, PUR is the better value, if you can figure that one out :) We just don't have easy metering for that....

that is the hard part is measuring pur. and i was hoping for those two xg-p and xg-e. wave length is the only variable. there is formulas for distance and optics. they come with 120 degree. but i will email rapid that is where i got them. if i get the infor i will post it as i belive they over estamated the number of leds i needed. thanks.
