pest or pod?

Noticed these on my glass this morning. Are they beneficial pods or some sort of pest, these things are like the size of a couple grains of fine sand.

Dude this things are so tiny. They are scooting about on the glass. I was thinking pod too, but I only noticed them after getting the tiny colony of zoas and thought they could be some zoas pest, but they would likely be on the ZOA colony then right?

Oh those r those little q tip looking things believe some kinda of worm . Im sure somebody on here know they said it before but my memory sucks

Those are good copepods. I culture similar species. If you scare them off the glass, they'll swim in erratic little circles.

Copepods they are good.

They are identical to the images on the link that josh posted and less like the image above. They have little antenna on their heads.

Haha that's exactly what I was thinking, Although I'm trying not to stock this tank up too much... before the end of the year I'm expecting to have the other tank set up. Pretty hard not to buy crap, especially fish. In the meantime I'll just have to practice good tank maintenance and not turn down free coral.
