acrylic sheet is probably a little easier to deal with. I could cut it for you on my tablesaw if you need a hand Nino.

Around here, Ace only cuts and sells 1/8" glass. Same as HD and Lowes. If you go with acrylic, keep it like 1/4" shy of your size as not to risk exspansion in the tank and crack it. I have only heard this and not experienced it myself.
