Can anyone help me ID this? Really hoping its not majano or aptaisia.

Colonial hydroids. Bad. They spread fast, ugly, and can sting corals.
Take the rock out and cut the rock out from under them. You can also cover them with kalk paste if it's a small enough area.
That's what I was reading. If it's on 3 small spots (willing to do at different times because kalk can affect pH), can I apply the kalk paste while in the tank if I turn the flow off?
That's what it said to do in a different forum, just want a second opinion.
One more thing, you should double check you frag plugs, if they are clean, you could temporarily move your livestock to brandons tank while you work on yours, the fish could hang out in a critter keeper for a few days (like you saw in my tank width that anemone) that way you don't have to catch them to move back to your tank. Just in case you overdo it if you decide to work inside the tank.
That's a really good idea - thanks. That will keep my babies safe from Brandon's hag ocellaris too. I'd rather be safe than sorry.. I just don't know how I'll EVER catch my goby. Lmfao. I need him to come out!
LET THE GAMES BEGIN.. when Brandon gets home of course.![]()
nice those are really bad pics...lol.
