Please help ID

Hi,
I began seeing this little green polyp things on my rock next to an SPS frag. Now I've noticed that they are attaching to other rocks and even the glass. I'm guessing it's some sort of parasite or something that I do not want. Can someone ID these? They look like tiny green anemones and they are multiplying. And how do I get rid of them? I tried using Aptasia X and it really didn't do anything.

They look like “the graceful anemone” better picture would help.

So I have a couple extra of these guys and I wanted to see if there was any interest in them. They are very pretty, and greens flouresce nicely under my 420 actinic; I suspect the pinks/purples might also flouresce under UV light (though I don't have any to check). Majanos. Take the rocks out one by one and inject the foot of each anemone with a little hydrochloric acid using an insulin syringe. Wait 10-20 seconds (or just work in patches) and remove intact with a dental pick. If you break the tissue apart each piece will land in your tank and become a new anemone.
