Yesterday morning my girlfriends father passed away. He was diagnosed with cancer back in June. He started Chemo a few weeks ago and with the lower immune system he got pneumonia. We just saw him last Friday for bday dinner, we share birthdays (remember my birthday wish thread?), he passed away at the young age of 55. Leaving behind a 25 year old daughter and a 16 year old son.
I did not know him long but he was an amazing guy and wish I got to know him better.
