Hello everyone. Thanks for the warm welcome. Some of you may already know me as I have already been a member of Chicago Reefs here for some time under my screen name Puffer_Man.

I have been an aquarium hobbyist since about 1998, and finally am now turning my hobby I love into a business. You can check out my storefront online at http://www.coralcompulsion.com. I don't have a physical storefront, everything is currently run out of my "fish room" in my home. But I am local, located in Lisle, and all you chicago reefs members can use my free local pickup option on my website when you place an order. We can then setup a time for pickup, I am available most evenings, and most weekends. Also, if you are interested in something and would like to stop by and check something out in person, just let me know!

I carry a variety of corals and frags, with some frags starting as low as $5! In addition to coral, I carry a few LED lights, specializing in PAR38 "screw in" style fixtures, which I can order custom color combinations if you are interested. I can also get pretty much anything special you may be looking for, so if there are some specific corals or light combinations you may be looking for please let me know and I'll try to track them down for you.

This week I picked up two LED's from Jimmy for my 450gal. fish/softies/lps tank and all can say is HOLY Schnikes!!! They are awesome! I have four lights over the tank and will be replacing one of the others, reason not all 4 is that one is at the end of the tank near the overflow and I don't want/need as much light coverage.

The tank is 30' deep and the LED's penetrate to the bottom w/no problem. The color is fantastic, mushrooms on the sand even pop with color.

Pricing is very reasonable vs what else is on the market.
