Plumbing question

I have a Clarity Plus flat back hex tank that is about 80 gallons (48x20x20). I am looking to plumb a single Herbie style overflow that splits to flow into 2 parts of my sump (skimmer area and refugium). I have a general idea of how to set this up but i'm not sure about the specifics. Can someone give me a list of parts that I will need to do this? I would like to use flexible tubing for this.

From the bulkhead going down, all you need is a T piece

Then you can use your flex hose wherever you need it to go. Just make sure you use spa flex hose as opposed to vinyl tubing so that you can glue the stuff together.
