Po4 and sps

So ... I let my gfo go too long and ran out of more , my po4 went from an average of .05 up to .15 ... All my polyps on my sps closed up ! I have now brought my levels down to .03-.05

my question is how long usually does it take sps polyps to come back out again ? It was probably a week it was like that and a few days since i added new gfo .... Any harm done to the sps pieces i have ?

They will be fine give it time. Some time i got crazy pe sometimes none well except that one it always has crazy pe lol
 
Hey joe ... Dude sorry man .... I totally forgot to come today for those frags ... I will absolutely still take them is you wanna hang on to them for me ?? But thanks for the info ... I'll keep an eye on them

its ok ive been super busy any way and snails flipped my frag rack every day so b nest frag took hit other I haven't even cut .
 
Sweet !! And ya love the snails to clean but they can be a real PITA !!! No worries about the birdsnest , I'll let you know then when I can make it back by you ... Maybe nest Saturday then ?

Just text me make sure i know between ripping truck into pieces .( right now only engine block and heads r still in truck ugh) abd my momms bday the 12th and fathers day i unfortunitly never no when i have time lately . And ya anails r cool but my mexican turbos ive have for 6 yrs r now baseball sized just plow through everything lol
