Polymorph Plastics as a frag glue/cement

Any one here use Polymorph Plastics to make frag disks or frag plugs? You can buy a big bag of them on ebay but how safe are they? It looks like the same exact stuff that Aqua Forest is now selling, Aqua Fix.
