I was just given the green light to set up a nano reef tank at my grandson’s preschool. Excited to share my passion with the next generation. I will be setting it up and doing all the required maintenance on it. I haven’t purchased the tank yet, but I’m thinking an aio nano tank like a cube. I will be stocking it with a pair of clowns, a cleaner shrimp, emerald crab, assorted snails, hermits, and some softies. I have the live rock, a bunch of softies, a bta (if lighting will support it) and can steal from my clean up crew. I also have a ato and reservoir I will be donating. I hope to document the build and post pics as I go. I will be honest though, I am terrible about pictures and follow through. I am hoping to do this as cost efficient as possible. With that said I will be on the hunt for a cheap aio tank and stand, lighting that will support softies and possibly a bta, and small power heads. If anyone has anything sitting around they could let go for cheap please lmk. I am doing this all as a donation including my time. I hope to start cycling it in the next couple of weeks.
